Elmhurst Police Report Arrests for Revoked, Suspended and Un-licensed Drivers

Aggravated Driving With a Revoked License

Jamar Thornton, 32, 110 Hillside Ave., Hillside, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving with license revoked for DUI after police pulled over his red Nissan Altima for disobeying a traffic control device at Butterfield and Cambridge at 11:23 p.m. Oct. 15. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Driving With a Suspended License

Olha Fedorchuk, 25, 5048 W. Henderson, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her red Saab for speeding at North and Clinton at 12:28 a.m. Oct. 17. She was released on bond.

William A. Cardona-Lopez, 30, 212 W. Michael Lane Apt. 1, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after his red Kia Sedona was involved in an accident at Church and Lake streets at 5:02 p.m. Oct. 17. He also was charged with improper lane use and failure to secure a child. He was released on bond.

Lajuwon Farley, 22, 1615 W. 80th St. Apt. 3, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Nissan Altima for speeding at North and Mapel at 10:57 p.m. Oct. 17. He was released on bond.

Rebecca M. Walker, 53, 17W159 Wood Lawn Ave., Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after her white Chevrolet Astro Van was involved in an accident with a silver Nissan Sentra at Monterey and St. Charles at 2:09 p.m. Oct. 18. The driver of the Sentra, Hector L. Morales, 34, 501 Sidney Ave. Apt. B, Glendale Heights, also was cited for driving without a license.

Gloria J. Stevenson, 54, 972 Virginia Lane, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her gray Dodge Caravan for expired registration at York and Diversey at 3:56 p.m. Oct. 18. 

Hugo Delmoral-Garcia, 31, 300 Dale Drive Apt. 2, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled him over for improper lane use on the 700 block of West Lake Street at 5:07 p.m. Oct. 22. He was released on bond and his vehicle held for forfeiture.

Brandon Jones, 47, 606 N. Vista Ave., Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his Cadillac DeVille for speeding at Route 83 and North Avenue at 8:40 p.m. Oct. 22. He was released on bond.

Driving Without a License

Marcus Jackson, 24, 208 N. Menard, Chicato, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Impala for disobeying a traffic control device and expired registration at Butterfield and Cambridge at 11:42 p.m. Oct. 10. He was released on bond.

Andriy Pentyskul, 31, 570 Willow, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled him over for tinted windows at Elm Park and Alma at 7:58 a.m. Oct. 14. He was released on bond.

Jose Ramon Quinones, 18, 10515 Nevada Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after his white Chevrolet Blazer was involved in a three-car accident at Grand and Industrial Drive at 5:10 p.m. Oct. 15.

Ayeshia Ocampo, 27, 5540 W. Wrightwood, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her red Honda Accord for expired registration at Grand and Weigel at 6:26 p.m. Oct. 18. She was released on bond.

Ernesto Soto, 53, 4324 W. Fullerton Apt. 2, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Astro for failure to signal and following too closely at Lake and Church at 5:28 a.m. Oct. 22. He was released on bond.

Jessica F. Cullishpuma, 19, 5104 W. George St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to yield after her purple Scion was involved in an accident with a 67-year-old Elmhurst resident at North and Maple at 9:23 a.m. Oct. 22.
