Elmhurst Pool Party Incident Results In Arrest: Cops
A man was accused of making unwelcome contact with another party-goer, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – In recent days, Elmhurst police have arrested people on charges of disorderly conduct, domestic battery and DUI. Here is information in Elmhurst's latest arrest log:
Disorderly conduct
- A 49-year-old Chicago man was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge. He was involved in an incident about 9:30 p.m. Aug. 2 at FFC Elmhurst health club, 140 N. Addison Ave. A woman told police the man made unwelcome contact with another person during her pool party. The man turned himself in on Wednesday. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- A 44-year-old Elmhurst woman who lives in the 900 block of South Hillcrest Avenue was cited about 9 p.m. Monday at Jewel, 944 S. York St., on a disorderly conduct charge. Police said the woman approached another woman and yelled at her while shopping. She was released.

- A 41-year-old Hillside man was arrested about 2 p.m. Wednesday at Route 83 and St. Charles Road on charges of battery, reckless conduct, reckless driving and failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash. Police said the man battered another person during a road rage incident. He was released.
Domestic battery
- A 27-year-old Naperville man was arrested about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday on two counts of domestic battery. The incident was about 4 a.m. Aug. 13 in the 800 block of North York Street. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
DUI

- A 33-year-old Villa Park woman was arrested about 8 p.m. Monday at Third and York streets on charges of DUI, driving an uninsured car, transportation of open alcohol by a driver and illegal stopping in the roadway. She was taken to the police station and then released.
- A 70-year-old Willowbrook woman was arrested about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of South Hillside Avenue on charges of DUI, transportation of open alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash. She was taken to the police station and then released.
