Elmhurst's Bethel United Church of Christ Announces Summer Concerts

Summer Music at Bethel is thrilled to host three Friday Evening at 7pm classical music concerts—a perfect way to start one’s weekend! On Friday, August 8, 2025 at 7pm, the outstanding Australian cellist Timothy Archbold and pianist Jeffrey Panko will showcase a performance of sonatas by Bach, Chopin and Debussy, live at Bethel United Church of Christ in Elmhurst.

The concert will last approximately 1 hour, without intermission. A freewill donation will be taken at the door.

Archbold is an Australian cellist currently playing with the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra, Camerata Chicago, Skylight Theater, and as associate principal with the Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra. He received his undergraduate degree in Music from the University of Melbourne, Australia then studied chamber music and cello performance in Germany for five years at the Hochschule für Künste Bremen and European Chamber Music Academy in Hannover. Archbold went on to receive his master’s degree in music from Wichita State University where he played with the Graduate String Quartet and the Wichita Symphony. In his spare time, Archbold is an avid CrossFit athlete and trainer.
