Father Banned from Store for Stealing While Dealing with Misbehaving Son

The dad was served a no trespass notice after taking a hair product without paying.

A father has been banned from Whole Foods in Elmhurst because he left the store Feb. 8 without paying for a $9.99 hair product, according to Elmhurst police.

The man told police he took the item after an incident with his son misbehaving inside the store.

The man returned the product when he was confronted by a store employee, but it was too late. He was served with a no trespass notice and advised not to return to Whole Foods, or else he would be arrested, police reported.
