Hinsdale Man Arrested At Elmhurst Restaurant

ELMHURST, IL – A Hinsdale man pushed someone else during a customer dispute over the weekend at an Elmhurst restaurant, police said.

The 42-year-old man lives in the 800 block of North Washington Street in Hinsdale, according to the blotter.

The incident occurred about 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Modern Plate restaurant, 119 N. York St., police said.

The man was taken to the police department and charged with battery before being released. He was also served with a no-trespass notice for the restaurant.
