A juvenile driver stopped by police at 12:26 a.m. Jan. 1 was found to be in possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia.The driver was stopped at York and South streets for following too closely and improper lane use, according to Elmhurst police.Juvenile passengers in the car acknowledged they had consumed alcohol. The juveniles were issued ordinance citations and released to their parents, police reported.
