Juveniles Picking Up Passengers Caught Out Past Curfew Also Charged With Curfew Violations ​​

The driver was also charged with a curfew violation and for driving without a license.

ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police pulled over a driver at 12:06 a.m. Aug. 1 and found he was driving without a license, and he was out past curfew.

The driver was charged with curfew, speeding and no valid driver's license, according to police.

Passengers in the car were also charged with curfew violations.

Two more juveniles arrived at the scene in the 600 block of W North Avenue to pick up the passengers, and they were also charged with curfew violations, police reported.

The juveniles were eventually all released to an adult.
