Man Found Naked at the Frick Center Returns, and Four Cited for Soliciting on Berkley
Also, resisting arrest among charges faced by 19-year-old female, and incident at Fitz's ends with citation.

Elmhurst College Security Recognizes Naked Man
Elmhurst College Security told Elmhurst police that a man who had been found naked in the bathroom of the college's Frick Center, 190 S. Prospect Ave., on March 8 had returned to the college on March 9. In the March 8 incident, campus security escorted the man off the property and told him he could never return. Police served the man with a no-trespass order and told him he would be charged if he was found on the campus again.
Soliciting Without a Permit
A group of men from Chicago, Frankfort and Ingleside were charged with soliciting without a permit on the 200 block of South Berkley at 1:01 p.m. March 8. Police said the men were employed by Power Home Remodeling and were in the area attempting to give free estimates. Neighbors called police to report suspicious activity. Charged were Stephen F. Egan, 23, 351 W. Touhy, Chicago; Joseph R. Gallagher, 24, 21256 S. 108th Ave., Frankfort; Daniel R. Haines, 25, 6334 W. Coyler, Chicago; and Aleksandar Pesovic, 19, 36147 N. Eagle Court, Ingleside. They were released on bond at the scene.
Resisting Arrest
Elizabeth Lopez, 19, 443 E. Church St., Elmhurst, was arrested on state charges of possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest after police pulled over the Nissan Altima she was riding in for no plate light at Park and Church at 1:26 a.m. March 13. The driver, Freddy Cardenas, 20, 1201 N. 19th, Melrose Park, was cited under city ordinance with possession of drug paraphernalia. They were released on bond.

Disorderly Conduct
Steven E. King, 44, 17W445 Eisenhower Lane, Oakbrook Terrace, was charged with disorderly conduct after police said he urinated on the ground at Prairie Path Lane and Saylor Street at 4:16 p.m. March 9. He was released at the scene.
Christopher Frayer, 38, 179 E. North Ave., Elmhurst, was arrested and cited with theft and battery after an incident at Fitz's Pub, 172 N. Addison, at 1:23 a.m. March 10. Police said Frayer took a beer from the bar without paying, then when approached and told he needed to pay for the beer, struck the victim in the chest. Police said Frayer was "uncooperative with officers." He was released on bond.
