Next Elmhurst Stormwater Meeting Set for Thursday
The meeting will take place Sept. 10 at 7:30 p.m.

The city will host the fifth public meeting of the Stormwater Communications Committee on Sept. 10, concerning intergovernmental agreements (IGA) between the City of Elmhurst and District 205 and the City of Elmhurst and Elmhurst Park District for flood mitigation.
The three agencies have met numerous times to discuss the necessary terms for the development of individual IGAs between the City and each of the other parties. The past four meetings have been public and as of the last meeting on August 27th, the time has been adjusted to 7:30pm to accommodate everyone’s schedule.

A video recording of the four public meetings held, July 9th, July 23rd, August 13th, are available for viewing on the City of Elmhurst YouTube Channel.
The next meeting will be held at Elmhurst City Hall, 209 N. York St. in the City Council Chambers on the second floor. This meeting will also be video recorded and available on the City website. All are welcome to attend; there will be an opportunity for public comment at the beginning of the meeting.
