Outside, the urban gardens continue the experience with native Illinois landscapes featured in the Elsie Jacobsen Discovery Garden and Rubinstein Garden. Jeanette Frosini Aranki, nee Khayat, 64, of Elmhurst, originally from Bethlehem, Palestine, passed away March 26 in Elmhurst. She is survived by her three sons, Joseph (Debbie), David (Meghan), and Daniel (Janice), plus her siblings Hala (Tony) Dickerson and Christo (Debbi) Khayat. The joys of her life were her six (soon to be seven) grandchildren Max, Samantha, Jocelyn, Thea, Benjamin and Nathan.
