One of the 'Top 33 Pizzas in the World' Is in Elmhurst

Thrillist.com has named the 33 best pizzas in all of America, and one of them happens to have a location in Elmhurst. 

Lou Malnati's Pizzaria is in the top 33, but the article doesn't rank the pizzas from 1 to 33—just names them. 

We're not exactly sure how they decided on the top 33, except by consensus.

From the website, Thrilllist is a "quick, free, daily email" that offers "must-have recommendation, from the best of what's new, to deeply under-the-radar goodness. We're talking absinthe-only cocktail spots, eateries that dish up BBQ Rattlesnake Salad and Reindeer in Bourbon Sauce," among other things.

And they only cover what they like.

And, they have 21 editions covering big cities across the country.

The other Chicago-area pizza places that made the list are Coalfire and Vito and Nick's, each with one location in Chicago.
