Person Shot After Calling 911 To Report Person With Gun: Police
Villa Park police said the person was holding a pellet gun.
VILLA PARK, IL (CBS) — A person called police around early Tuesday morning to report a person with a gun walking around the neighborhood. When officers arrived, they shot dead the person who had called them.
Villa Park police officers said 25-year-old Haven Bailey, who family said identified as man, came toward officers holding a pellet gun. Officers shot Bailey four times.
