Take a Free Rules of the Road Refresher Course

Elmhurst, IL - Is your license due for renewal this year? Those aged 62 years and up can take advantage of a free refresher course offered by the Secretary of State’s office March 16 at The Abbey, 407 W. St. Charles Road, from 10 a.m.-noon.
