Nu Crepes, 115 W Schiller Court, Elmhurst | 4.5 stars
Logan R. of Bensenville writes, "My go-to brunch or lunch spot when I'm around downtown Elmhurst. It's cheap, delicious and the crepe varieties can meet just about every taste and dietary restriction. My usual choice is either the inside-out or lumberjack, but I've never really had a bad option. On the sweet side you can get any manner of fruit/nutella/peanut butter combination your heart desires."
Cupcakes For Courage/Courageous Bakery, 108 W Park Ave., Elmhurst | 4 stars
Bob R. of Elmhurst writes, "Awesome baked goods including gluten free cupcakes I often order even though I could care less about gluten. Tasty brunch dishes with layers of flavor. And if you get there for weekend brunch, you get to hear the vocal stylings of the guy sitting in the corner OWNing every song from classic soul to current pop."
Egg Harbor Café, 140 Robert Palmer Drive, Elmhurst | 4 stars
Rachel S. of Elmhurst writes, "I know they have a bunch of locations but it is really one my favorite brunch places. Always great service, good prices, and LOVE THE FOOD."
Rainbow Restaurant & Pancake House, 233 N York St., Elmhurst | 4 stars
Jamie D. of Northlake writes,"I never thought there was ACTUALLY gold at the end of the rainbow, but brunch today proved me wrong. First impression: Originally, my family and I were headed to Egg Harbor, but with a crowd out the door we decided to try Rainbow for the first time. Although crowded, we were seated immediately. Almost instantly we had 4 waters on our table, a basket filled with bread, muffins and crackers, an abundance of butter and a lovely waitress who offered us coffee. Can't beat that kind of service! We quickly noticed our option of international delight french vanilla and hazelnut creamers. And next to that, Cholula hot sauce. First impression = awesome."
Fresh Start Cafe, 1038 S York Road, Elmhurst | 4 stars
John U. of Chicago writes, "Came here for a late breakfast with my wife. The quality of the food was great , lots of flavor and good portion sizes. I had the gyro Omelette and my wife ordered the country skillet . The fresh squeezed orange juice was awesome. This is our new favorite breakfast/brunch spot in the area."
