Evanston Police and Fire Departments Face Off in Burger Competition
Who grills the meanest burger? You'll get to vote Aug. 30.

The following is from the City of Evanston:
On Saturday, August 30, 2014 from 4PM - 6PM the 2nd Annual Cook-Off between the Evanston Police Department and the Evanston Fire and Life Safety Services will take place. It’s a battle for who has the best burgers.
The event is hosted and sponsored by Whole Foods at 1640 Chicago Ave. on the top deck of the parking garage. $6.00 gets you two burgers (one EPD and one EFD) and a vote on what department has the best burger.

All proceeds benefit the Evanston Police and Fire Foundation (EPFF) which is a non-for-profit organization that supports the efforts of police and fire through grant funding, to make Evanston a safer and better educated community on their public safety services.
