Girls Tennis Beats Niles North Despite the Heat
Playing an all doubles format due to the heat on Monday, the girls varsity tennis team defeated Niles North 4-2, according to head coach Joyce Chang Anderson. "Without 2 of our starting doubles players (Avery and Gibbons), we were able to pull out the win," Chang said.
Boys Soccer Ties Game Against Deerfield
The Wildkits tied a game against Deerfield Wednesday 1-1, bringing their season record to 7-0-1. Erick Balthazar scored the goal with an assist from Christian Rodriguez, according to head coach Franz Calixte.
Boys Golf Falls to New Trier in Close Meet
The varsity boys golf team finished with 158 points to New Trier's 155 points in a meet Monday at the Winnetka Golf Course. Bill Nondorf posted the lowest score for Evanston, 38 points, while Jackson Mihevc came next with 39, head coach Jed Curtis reports.
