Franchisees Cesar Coronado and Marlon Sullivan are behind the Evanston location and seven others throughout the market. The duo won Rookie of the Year honors early in their franchise ownership journey with the brand.
To prepare for the Evanston Cafe's opening, Coronado and Sullivan fully renovated the interior. The cafe is now lively and modernized to make guests feel like they've traveled to the tropics when they step in the door.
