The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department:

Burglar Steals Bikes On Emerson

Someone stole a Trek men’s hybrid bicycle, Fuji women’s hybrid bicycle and black, red and white Schwinn men’s hybrid bicycle from an unlocked garage in the 2000 block of Emerson Street between 10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, and 7 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, police reported.

Arrests: Spray-Painting, Battery

Sean Takeshi Frumkin, 20, of the 800 block of Dewey Avenue, and Benjamin Peterson Lachman, 22, of the 1900 block of Noyes Street, were arrested and charged with violating a spray paint ordinance on Thursday, Oct. 10, police reported. 

Daniel L. Jones, 22, of the 1800 block of Hovland Court, was arrested and charged with battery at 9:28 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, in the 1900 block of Brown Avenue, according top olice.  

Rear Window Shattered On Orrington

Someone shattered the rear window of a 2003 Ford parked in the 1600 block of Orrington Avenue between 12:07 and 3:07 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, police reported.
