Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte was at Yukich Field in Evergreen Park on Wednesday to host a youth football camp organized by the YMCA of Metro Chicago and sponsored by Meijer.
The camp provided scholarships to disadvantaged children. Participants ran through drills aimed at developing a variety of skills with Forte and other area coaches.
Over 175 kids from area YMCA summer camps had the chance to pass, catch and run with the Bears star.
