Gas Price Update: Gas Prices Set New Records Around Evergreen Park

The cheapest gas in Cook County Thursday was at Sam’s Club, 603 River Oaks West, Calumet City, selling for $5.29.
But, if you know where to look, you can find cheaper gas prices throughout Cook County.
In Evergreen Park, the cheapest gas Thursday was at Clark, 2755 W. 87th Ave., at $5.89

Illinois' gas prices ranked No. 5 in the lower 48 of the county. Rounding out The Top 5 states in gas price averages Thursday were California at $6.40, Nevada at $5.87, Washington at $5.51, and Oregan, $5.50 (tied with Illinois) according to AAA. Georgia had the lowest national gas price average at around $4.47.
