<p>The Kindness Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Chicago real estate brokerage <a href="https://www.bhhschicago.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago</a>, made 2025 year-end grants of $10,000 to the Sunshine Kids which supports children undergoing cancer treatment, $20,000 to Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity that works toward building strength, stability and self-reliance in partnership with families in need of decent and affordable housing, and $5,000 to the HomeServices Foundation for Housing Equity which is dedicated to increasing homeownership and building generational wealth for communities of color through targeted education, investment in individuals, financial assistance, and community reinvestment initiatives.</p>
