Mustang Athletes Of The Week: Alejandro Munoz, Jack Hughes
The 1-2 punch for the Evergreen Park Community High School baseball team has been putting up big numbers from the plate.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL - Alejandro Munoz and Jack Hughes of the Evergreen Park Community High School baseball team have been selected as the most recent Mustang Athletes of the Week. Munoz and Hughes have been lighting it up from the plate for the Mustangs.
Munoz' numbers in the week were "off the charts," EPCHS Baseball Head Coach Mark Smyth said.
He hit .714 in three games with 11 RBI and four runs.

Hughes was also dominant in the week, hitting three home runs in the span of two games.
Smyth nominated both Munoz and Hughes for the honor.
