Spirit Halloween Stores Open For 2022 Season In, Near Evergreen Park

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — It’s the final week of September, and with fall unofficially underway, the Halloween season has arrived. And for all your spooky shopping needs, more than 1,400 seasonal Spirit Halloween stores have opened nationwide, including the ones near Evergreen Park.

Spirit sells Halloween décor, plus costumes and accessories for children, teens, and adults. The store opened locally is the one that is situated next to Whole Foods at 9610 S. Western Ave. in Evergreen Park.

Customers who do their shopping online can filter costumes by category including TV shows, movies, decades, clowns — and more specifically, “scary clowns” — and more. Filters are also available by size, price, or rating.

There are nearly seven weeks until Halloween, but Spirit already has popular costumes, including characters from “Stranger Things,” “Top Gun,” “Encanto” and more.

Shoppers can also buy props, makeup, accessories, and more.
