Glenview, Illinois –Falcon Boxing Gym (3090 North Lake Terrace Road, Glenview), a high-intensity boxing and full-service fitness facility is successfully becoming the athlete’s destination of choice. Falcon has been competing at the renowned Golden Gloves tournament that began on March 5th at Cicero Stadium (1909 S. Laramie). Since 1923, the Chicago Golden Gloves boxing tournament has been one of the great traditions of sport in one of the greatest cities in America.
The Falcon team had a successful first round at the Golden Gloves tournament the weekend of March 7th. Boxers Virgil Houston, Mike Logan, and Taylor Wright Daye all won in their categories and have advanced to the next level on March 17th.

On March 9th, athlete Todd Jackson and his FBG speed trainer coach, Dave Ashford welcomed awards at the 2014 National Masters Indoor Midwest Regional Meet at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The event was hosted by the USA Track & Field Wisconsin Association. The Mission of the Wisconsin Association of USA Track and Field is to provide a variety of activities for all levels of athletes from the grassroots through the elite level. Jackson competed in the Masters Men’s 50-54 Division. The athlete received first place in the long jump, second place in the high jump and 400 meter run, and third place in the 200 meter run.
Falcon Boxing Gym is owned by former NFL player, Daniel Falcon and is supported by a highly skilled team that includes assistant coach Chuck Wade, and conditioning/nutrition coaches Sam Rodriguez, Dave Ashford and Jen Ori. “Falcon Boxing Gym is becoming well known throughout the Chicagoland area as a club producing top athletes. We have the proper training facility, experienced coaches and boxers with heart,” states Dan Falcon, Head Trainer and Owner.

The contemporary Falcon Boxing Gym showcases extreme fitness and customized programs, along with an indoor turf field, full-size boxing rings, hot room, a full track, and cardio room. The facility offers a variety of classes, including boot camps, yoga and competitive training sessions. Programs are built for athletes of any age, sport, or skill level.
