Forest Park Man Fractured Woman’s Eye Socket, Caused Bleeding On Brain: Police

FOREST PARK, IL – A Forest Park man fractured a women’s eye socket, causing bleeding to her brain, according to Yorkville police.

Vince A. Spinelli, 23, of the 1000 block of Lathrop Avenue in Forest Park, was charged with aggravated domestic battery May 27 at 11:50 p.m. when Yorkville police reported to the 500 block of West Madison Street in response to a report of aggravated domestic battery, according to police reports.

Spinelli struck the woman in the face with his fist multiple times, causing an orbital fracture to her eye socket and bleeding on the brain, police said.

Spinelli also struck another woman in the chest.
