Back-To-School Bash Planned By Frankfort Park District

FRANKFORT, IL — Celebrate heading back to school on Aug. 15 with the Frankfort Park District's Back to School Bash.
The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Aug. 15 at Commissioners Park, 22108 S. 80th Ave. The free celebration is for all ages. Guests can bring a school supply to be donated.
The evening will feature field games, carnival games, music, crafts and a touch-a-truck, according to the park district. Visitors can also play at Fort Frankfort and in the splash park.

The park district will also host a school supply drive. School supplies will be accepted at the event, or can be dropped off at the Founders Community Center, 140 Oak St.
