Back To School: Frankfort District 157-C School Year Calendar 2024-25

FRANKFORT, IL — School supplies are already out at local stores, and while it may not seem like it, the start of the school year will be here again before we know it. There are still a few weeks left of summer fun, but the first day of school is Aug. 26 for Frankfort District 157-C students in grades K-8.

• Aug. 21, meet and greets for K-8 students, no school
• Aug. 22, first day of school for K-8, meet and greets for pre-k students
• Aug. 23, first day of school for pre-k students
• Aug. 30, early dismissal
• Sept. 2, Labor Day, no school
• Oct. 11, teacher institute, no school
• Oct. 14, Columbus Day, no school
• Oct. 31, early dismissal
• Nov. 5, Election Day, no school
• Nov. 22, early dismissal
