Cedarhurst Of Frankfort Welcomes Residents To New Independent Living Cottages In February

FRANKFORT, IL – Cedarhurst Senior Living has announced that its first phase of the new Cedarhurst Cottages of Frankfort will open in February, according to a news release.

The new neighborhood at 21507 Wolf Road in Frankfort features 32 cottages, including a community clubhouse and outdoor amenities. The neighborhood is scheduled for completion in May, and is an extension of the current assisted living and memory care community.

Cedarhurst Senior Living said the neighborhood was created for adults 55+ who want to simplify their lifestyle without compromising independence. The cottages all have open floor plans, full kitchens with islands, private patios, in-unit laundry and attached one-car garages.

The second phase of the project, opening in May, will introduce the completed cottage campus experience. The clubhouse will serve as a central gathering space, and there will also be outdoor features like a putting green, pickleball court, and additional recreation areas, Cedarhurst Senior Living said.
