Chicago Man Charged With Obstructing Justice During Stop: Cops
Arrests made and citations issued by Frankfort police and the Will Co. Sheriff's Office from Feb. 12-20.

FRANKFORT, IL — The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department unless otherwise noted. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
Obstructing Justice
Rashawn W. Thurman, 28, of the 5800 block of South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, was arrested and charged with obstructing justice following a traffic stop at around 11:30 a.m. Feb. 12 near Lincoln Highway and Plank Trail. Thurman also was cited for disobeying a traffic control device, illegal transportation of alcohol and unlawful use of a license.
Controlled Substance Possession
Nicole L. Bell, 26, of the the 200 block of Morgan Court, Manhattan, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance following an incident Feb. 15 near LaGrange Road and Interstate 80, according to the Will County Sheriff's Office. She was held on an active Will County warrant.

Two others also were held on outstanding warrants following the incident. Candice L. Sanchez, 32, of Frankfort, was held an active Will County warrant, and Michael J. Todorofsky, 30, also of Frankfort, was held on active warrants from Will and Cook counties, the sheriff's office said.
