Frankfort Board Changes Start Time Of Village Board Meetings

FRANKFORT, IL — At its meeting on Monday, the Frankfort Village Board approved some changes to its scheduled meetings, and approved the 2026 meeting schedule.

The Board approved changing the start time of its regular Village Board meetings from 7 p.m. to 6 p.m.

For 2026, the Board has also changed when committee of the whole meetings are held. Committee of the whole meetings will now start immediately following the first Village Board meeting of each month, rather than being held on the second Wednesday of the month.
