Frankfort Cops Reportedly Seized Drunken Hoosier's Moped
The drunken Indiana man fell off his moped and then got ready to pee, police said.

The police seized a drunken Indiana man’s moped after he fell off the scooter and got ready to pee in the street, according to court papers.
Robert Clarke, 54, of Munster was arrested late Monday near the corner of Windy Hill Drive and Lincoln Highway.
When an officer came upon Clarke, he “fell off (his) scooter,” police said.

“I arrived to find him getting ready to urinate (at the) intersection,” an officer said, according to a report.
Clarke had bloodshot eyes, “could hardly stand,” and “stated he had ‘enough,’” police said, presumably when asked how much he had to drink that night.

Clarke was arrested and taken to the Will County jail. His bond was set at $100,000. He had at least six prior drunken driving arrests, according to a court filing.
Clarke remains in custody. And if locking him up wasn’t enough, the police also took away his black Tmec Prescott 50cc moped. Clarke will have a chance to try getting it back during an August court hearing.
