The Frankfort Chamber of Commerce has planned the March 14 event that will celebrate women's empowerment in the workplace.
FRANKFORT, IL — An event planned for March 14 will not only highlight fashion and glamour, but also shine a spotlight on local businesswomen.
Planned by the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce, the Inaugural Leadership in Style Fashion Show to be held in conjunction with National Women’s History Month, "is not just about fashion and glamour; it's also about celebrating women's empowerment in the workplace."
"The Chamber would like to take this opportunity to recognize some of the outstanding businesswomen in our community, and what better way to do it than to witness some of them owning the runway and showing off their unique styles from local boutiques and shops in the Frankfort area?" the Chamber said in a release. "Through this event, the Chamber aims to empower women and inspire them to break barriers in their respective fields."
