The Frankfort School District has released its 2017-2018 calendar for public schools.
The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

- 10/6: School Improvement Day - Early Dismissal
- 10/9: Columbus Day Holiday (No school)
November
- 11/20-21: Parent/Teacher Conferences (No school)
- 11/22: Non-Attendance Day
- 11/23: Thanksgiving Holiday (No school)
- 11/24: Non-Attendance Day
December
- 12/22: Early Release - One Hour
- 12/25-1/5: Winter Break (No school)
January
- 1/8: Teacher Institute (No school)
- 1/15: M.L. King Holiday (No school)
February
- 2/16: Teacher Institute (No school)
- 2/19: President's Holiday (No school)
March & April
- 3/26-4/2: Spring Break (No school)

- 6/8: School Improvement Day - Early Dismissal (Last Day of School if the 5 Emergency Days are Used)
* At the end of the school term in June, the calendar will be reduced one day for each emergency day not used - up to a total of five days.
