Indiana Driver Arrested On DUI Charge: Police

FRANKFORT, IL — The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department unless otherwise noted. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

DUI

Timothy M. Skonicki, 47, of Mishawaka, Indiana, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, disobeying a traffic signal and driving with a revoked license following a Jan. 6 traffic stop in the 7200 block of Lincoln Highway. He was taken to Will County Jail and was released on $10,000 bond.

DUI

Kimberly J. Stokes, 56, of the 1300 block of Pheasant Chase Circle, Beecher, was cited for driving under the influence and obstructing the roadway after a traffic stop Jan. 13 at 94th Avenue and Lincoln Highway. Her court date is Feb. 2.

DUI

Juan A. Gonzalez-Lopez, 21, of the 500 block of North Hebbard Street, Joliet, was cited for driving under the influence, failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident and disobeying a traffic signal following a crash Jan. 14 near Laraway and LaGrange roads. His court date is Feb. 7.

Leaving Accident Scene

Daniel F. Casey, 48, of the 21900 block of Emily Lane, was cited for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, following too closely and failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident after a Jan. 19 crash at LaGrange Road and Lincoln Highway. Her court date is Feb. 6.

DUI

Michele L. Tooles, 45, of the 12400 block of South Throop Street, Calumet City, was cited for driving under the influence and improper lane use during a traffic stop Jan. 21 at Center and Laraway roads. Tooles court date is March 2.
