Lincoln-Way 210 Board Approves School Calendar For 2024-25

FRANKFORT, IL — We are mere days away from starting 2024, but plans are already being made for the next school year in 2024-25.

At its December meeting, the Lincoln-Way 210 Board of Education approved its calendar for next school year. Here's a look at some important dates to know:

• Aug. 20, first day of school
• Sept. 2, no school
• Sept. 4, early release
• Sept. 18, early release
• Oct. 2, early release
• Oct. 10, student testing
• Oct. 11, institute day, no school
• Oct. 14, no school
• Nov. 4, early release
• Nov. 5, election day, no school
• Nov. 26, early release
• Nov. 27-29, no school
• Dec. 4, early release
• Dec. 18-20, final exams
• Dec. 23-Jan. 3, no school
• Jan. 6, institute day, no school
• Jan. 20, no school
• Jan. 29, early release
• Feb. 12, early release
• Feb. 17, no school
• March 13, early release
• March 14, institute day, no school
• March 28, early release
• March 31-April 4, no school
• April 16-17, student testing
• April 18, no school

Graduations are tentatively scheduled for May 17 for Lincoln-Way Central, East and West.
