Overturned Semi Blocks Northbound Traffic On La Grange Road

FRANKFORT, IL — All northbound traffic on La Grange Road is being detoured on 191st Street, according to a Village update.

A semi-tractor trailer overturned Friday morning on La Grange Road, according to the Village. Northbound traffic is being detoured east and west on 191st.

Drivers are advised to avoid the area until crews can remove the semi.

Due to additional equipment needed to remove the overturned trailer, northbound LaGrange road is expected to be blocked for approximately 4 to 6 hours, the Village said.
