Owens Road Closure Starts Monday

FRANKFORT, IL — Owens Road at the Canadian National railroad tracks will be closed beginning Monday, according to Frankfort Village Administrator Rob Piscia.

Canadian National will be working on the crossing, which is just north of Laraway Road. Work is expected to be completed Friday.

Motorists should avoid the area. A detour route using U.S. Route 30 to the north, U.S. Route 45 to the east and Laraway Road to the south will be posted.
