Patching On La Grange Road Expected Through Late July
The work will require intermittent lane closures on La Grange Road, from Colorado Avenue to Stuenkel Road.
FRANKFORT, IL — Patching of South La Grange Road from Colorado Avenue to Stuenkel Road in Frankfort will require intermittent lane closures through late July, according to a release from IDOT.
The construction started Monday, and access to homes and businesses within the work zone will be maintained throughout construction, IDOT said.
Drivers can expect delays and should allow extra time for travel, IDOT said.

"I would suggest finding alternative ways around Route 45," Village Administrator Rob Piscia said during Monday's village board meeting.
Driver should pay close attention to flaggers and signs in the work zones, be alert for workers and equipment and obey the posted speed limits, IDOT said.
