Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed in Fatal Snowmobile Crash
The Frankfort woman died on Valentine's Day after a crash on Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

JOLIET, IL — The husband of a Frankfort woman killed in a snowmobile crash last year has filed a wrongful death lawsuit.
Denise Hesse, 46, died following the Valentine’s Day crash on Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
Hesse’s husband, Richard Hesse, sued Spring Grove resident Neil Moulis in Will County court.

Denise Hesse and Moulis were driving snowmobiles in the same direction on a trail in Phoenix, Michigan, at the time of the crash, the lawsuit said.
Denise Hesse is survived by her husband and two children, the suit said.
