Asphalt Rejuvenator Work On Randall Road Expected For 1 Week

The Kane County Division of Transportation's project spans from Main Street in Batavia to Kesllinger Road in Geneva.

GENEVA, IL — Asphalt rejuvenator work underway on Randall Road in Geneva is expected to last all week, weather permitting, city officials said.

The Kane County Division of Transportation began the project Monday morning. It spans from Main Street in Batavia to Keslinger Road in Geneva.

Construction operations at various intersections along Randall Road are being executed from 4-6 a.m. Monday to Friday in an effort to reduce daytime traffic impacts. Temporary lane closures along the road will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

In a news release, Geneva officials urged drivers to use caution in the construction zone and follow the directions given by flaggers.
