Kane County Morgue to Reopen Tuesday
The morgue has been closed for eight months due to a mold problem.
The Kane County morgue has been closed for about eight months while officials addressed a number of issues, including a non-toxic mold problem, the Kane County Chronicle is reporting.
To mark the re-opening, an open house will take place at the facility, 719 S. Batavia Ave. in Geneva, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Feb. 10.
