Avere On Forest Developers Seek Feedback From Village

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Developers plan to attend Glen Ellyn's planning commission meeting Sept. 23 to get feedback on Avere on Forest, a four-story, multifamily development they are proposing for two lots near the intersection of Forest Avenue and Duane Street. The pre-application meeting is set for 7 p.m. e

The proposed project is helmed by REVA Development Partners, LLC, the developers behind Avere on Duane. Avere on Forest would feature 77 housing units, enclosed parking, a fitness center and other amenities.

REVA Development Partners attended the Sept. 20 village board meeting to discuss the project and address preliminary designs and potential traffic flow.

According to village documents, Avere on Duane will be fully occupied this month. In the project narrative, REVA Develoment partners called Avere on Forest, "an exciting opportunity to respond to the surplus demand for this type of luxury housing. Given its premier location in downtown Glen Ellyn and adjacency to the new Metra station and underpass improvements, REVA and its team of consultants have endeavored to design a building that maximizes the potential of the site while being very sensitive to height and design constraints to ensure it will fit into the character of the surrounding neighborhood."
