GLEN ELLYN, IL — A car crashed into Duly Health and Care at 854 Roosevelt Rd. in Glen Ellyn Sunday afternoon.

Glen Ellyn Deputy Police Chief Kurt Vavra told Patch the driver apparently pressed the gas pedal instead of the brake pedal, causing the car to plow through the medical office's glass facade. No one was hurt in the crash, which took place around 2 p.m.

A resident shared photos of the crash in the Glen Ellyn-Wheaton Neighbors group on Facebook. One reader commented that they were in their vehicle, ready to exit Pete's Fresh Market when they "saw the car drive right through the window.
