Death Notice: Robert Anderson, 83

Robert E. Anderson, 83, of Lombard, formerly of Glen Ellyn, died Saturday, Oct. 12. 

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the U.S. and with the occupation forces in Okinawa. He was employed by the National Association of Realtors and the American Dental Assistants Association as director of management information systems.

He is survived by his wife, Dolores; his children, Robert, Karen, Stephen, Margaret and Paul; his 10 grandchildren; and his four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, at Leonard Memorial Home, 565 Duane St., Glen Ellyn. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, at Grace Lutheran Church, 493 Forest Ave., Glen Ellyn.
