Glen Ellyn Indoor Sidewalk Sale: Discounts At Dozens Of Shops

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Nobody ever said a sidewalk sale had to be on an actual sidewalk. Shoppers in Glen Ellyn can browse items at more than 20 shops and boutiques during the village's Indoor Sidewalk Sale. The sale, which runs Jan. 25-28, is set to be bigger than last year's and includes extra incentives for shoppers.

"The deals are crazy inexpensive and you even can get an amazing discount on regular priced merchandise!” Carol White, executive director of the Alliance of Downtown Glen Ellyn said in a statement. In addition to the sidewalk sale discounts, stores are offering another incentive to draw shoppers to the Indoor Sidewalk Sale called Shop Around the Block.

Bring a receipt dated Jan. 25-29 from downtown Glen Ellyn to participating businesses for a chance to get up to 20% off a single, regular priced item.

The downtown Glen Ellyn Indoor Sidewalk Sale will be open as follows:

Thursday, Jan. 25 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (select stores open later)

Friday, Jan. 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 28 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
