Join in the Summer Fun at the Glen Ellyn Backyard BBQ on Sept. 6
With live music, tasty BBQ, and a Piglet Playland for the kids, the event is sure to be fun for the whole family.

Glen Ellyn, IL— Summer isn’t over yet! The Glen Ellyn Backyard BBQ (GEBYBBQ) returns for its 17th year on Saturday, Sept. 6 at 2-9:30pm in downtown Glen Ellyn at the Duane Street Public Parking Lot.
With live music throughout the day, tasty BBQ, delicious food and drink vendors, and a Piglet Playland for the kids, the event is sure to be fun for the whole family.
The GEBYBBQ also features Illinois’ largest amateur BBQ contest, sponsored by Airoom Architects, Builders, and Remodelers, where BBQ enthusiasts will compete to see who has what it takes to become the champion. Guests can vote for which of our competitors made their favorite BBQ sauce and get tips from the home-chef pros.

The Piglet Playland offers plenty of fun for the little ones with children’s entertainer, Mary Macaroni, face painting, inflatables, and more. The BBQ will also keep you rocking all day long with some of the best bands in town, including Back Pocket Bourbon, The Markus Alan Project, Amy Kelly and the Beaver Moon Band, and Whiskey Road. Guests will also have a chance to win exciting raffle prizes.
