Plan Commission Recommends Approval Of Proposed Glenwood Station Project
The Village Board is expected to give final consideration of all aspects of the proposed development at the Dec. 14 Village Board meeting.
On November 12, 2020, the Village's Plan Commission held a public hearing, virtually, to review the proposal for the Glenwood Station Planned Unit Development. The proposed five-story, mixed-use development is located on the north side of Crescent Boulevard between Glenwood and Prospect Avenues.
After presentations by Village staff and the developer, the commission heard comments from members of the public. The Plan Commission then deliberated and recommended, with a vote of 6-1, that the Village Board approve the project.
