Public Hearing Scheduled For Proposed Glenwood Station Project
The property, formerly owned and occupied by the McChesney & Miller grocery store, has been vacant since the closing of the store in 2014.
Holladay Properties has submitted plans to the Village for a mixed-use development located at the northwest corner of Crescent Boulevard and Glenwood Avenue. The property, formerly owned and occupied by the McChesney & Miller grocery store, has been vacant since the closing of the store in 2014.
The proposed development, to be called Glenwood Station, would consist of a 5-story (+/- 67 feet), 6-level mixed-use building with 86 apartment units; 1,490 square-feet of commercial space; and 102 parking stalls.

The Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing to review the project on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 7 p.m. via Zoom, with the public invited to participate. Zoom details are provided here.
Any public questions or comments regarding this proposed project should be submitted in advance of the meeting either via the Plan Commission public comment form or via email to Katie Ashbaugh, Planner. All public comments received by 4:30 pm on Thursday, November 12, 2020 will be read into the record at the public hearing.
