Ranked Choice Voting, Cheese Tasting At League Of Women Voters Event
The Oct. 16 event will be hosted by the League of Women Voters Glen Ellyn.

GLEN ELLYN, IL — Ranked choice voting will be the topic of discussion at an event hosted by the League of Women Voters Glen Ellyn. The Oct. 16 event will include a cheese tasting.
Fair Vote Illinois Executive Director Rebecca Williams will be on hand to discuss the ins and outs of ranked choice voting. Cheese will be used to further demonstrate how ranked choice voting works.
“This event is a perfect mix of learning and fun,” said Heather Fleming, Co-President of the League of Women Voters of Glen Ellyn, said in a statement.

Fleming added, “Ranked Choice Voting empowers voters to express their full preferences, and what better way to see it in action than through something as universally loved as cheese?”
The cost to attend is $25 per person. Paid tickets include five cheese samples, wine or soft drinks.
