Saying a Fond Farewell to Glen Ellyn

Hello Readers,

I just wanted to take a moment to wish the Glen Ellyn community a fond farewell. Starting on Monday, April 11, I will be transferring to the Patch.com site in La Grange, IL.

It will be difficult to say goodbye to Glen Ellyn as I have very much enjoyed working here for the last eight months. Glen Ellyn is an amazing community and it has been an honor to get to know so many of you. 

Starting on Monday, Patch freelancer Alex Keown will be taking my place as our guest editor. He's an accomplished journalist with many years of experience and I feel very comfortable leaving the site in his hands while we hand off the site to the new permanent editor.

Until the new editor is in place, you can reach out to Alex, or you can continue to send emails to me and I'll pass them along to the appropriate people.

Again, thank you all so much for being readers and helping me grow the Glen Ellyn Patch into the amazing source for local news, information and discussion that it has become.
